This Shipping Policy explains how and when Miraclli (a trading name of MIRACLEMI LLC) ships orders placed on miraclli.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to US PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. There are no hidden handling fees; the total you see at checkout is what you pay.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day. Processing (picking, packing and handing to the carrier) takes 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days by USPS or UPS. In total, you can expect your order 4 to 8 business days after placing it. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes may take 2 to 3 additional business days.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping email is sent.
Address Changes and Cancellations
You can change your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing contact@miraclli.com with your order number. After 24 hours, the order is likely already packed and we may not be able to change it. In that case you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Split Shipments
If you order several items, they may ship in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package and you will not be charged extra.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
- If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
- If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace it at no cost.
