Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and delivery takes 3 to 6 business days, so you can expect your order 4 to 8 business days after ordering.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Enter it on our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email contact@miraclli.com with your order number.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Email us to get a return authorization and the return address. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we send a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Products
Will this fit my drawer, door or cabinet?
Every product page lists the exact dimensions in inches. Measure your space first; if you are unsure, email us the measurements and we will tell you if it fits.
Are the products in stock?
Everything shown as available on the website is in stock in our US warehouse. If an item sells out, the Add to Cart button is replaced by a Sold Out label.
Do I need tools to assemble the products?
Most items need no tools. Shoe racks and the storage bench come with the hardware and a step-by-step guide.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in US dollars.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through a PCI DSS compliant gateway and your card details never reach our servers.
