We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, this policy explains how to return an item and how refunds work at Miraclli (a trading name of MIRACLEMI LLC).
30-Day Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@miraclli.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely, include your order number inside the package and ship it back with a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we approve the refund.
Please do not send an item back before receiving the return authorization; unauthorized returns may be delayed.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective item), we send you a prepaid return label and cover all costs. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer pays the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will email you as soon as the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear on your statement. The original shipping was free, so the full item price is refunded.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different one, follow the return steps above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the replacement.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, the order may already be packed; if it has shipped, you can return it under this policy once it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been assembled, used or damaged after delivery, and items returned without their original packaging, cannot be refunded in full. Gift cards are not returnable.
